Every Wednesday, and Pay Friday we run a Soap Note report to tell us which client notes therapists not completed.

If therapists have over 15 notes outstanding- they DO NOT get paid for that fortnight.

Legally, therapists need to be writing notes for every single client! So knowing which notes they haven’t done so they can catch up is super important.
