For therapists experiencing a work-related emergency like being sick, emergency at the clinic, wanting to change hours/shifts at short notice,  your Clinic Manager (CM) is your first point of contact.

For the Reception Team, please contact the Clinic Manager for the clinic the shift is rostered for.

If you cannot reach your CM in an emergency, always try Kristy next. Worst case, call an alternate CM (very rare that this would take place), and if it is inside of business hours and related to an adjustment to your shift (eg - you are running late for work or have taken ill at short notice), you may also call the relevant NMK Clinic Co-ordinator or receptionist.

We ask that you respectfully avoid contacting managers outside of usual Mon-Fri 8am-7pm business hours unless it's an emergency or you are unwell. Please leave all non-urgent matters until business hours.
