In a work-related emergency, for NMK Therapists, your Practice Manager (PM) is your first point of contact. For the Reception Team, our Admin Manager (AM), Emma Murdoch is your go-to contact. NMK-related emergencies include scenarios like being sick, emergency at the clinic, wanting to change hours/shifts at short notice.
If you cannot reach your PM in an emergency always try Thea next or Emma. Worst case, call an alternate PM (very rare that this would take place), and if it is inside of business hours and related to an adjustment to your shift (eg - you are running late for work or have taken ill at short notice), you may also call the relevant NMK reception.
We ask that you respectfully avoid contacting managers outside of usual Mon-Fri 8am-7pm business hours unless it's an emergency or you are unwell.
Please leave all non-urgent matters until business hours.
