Therapist Levels – Overview & Progression Guide
At No More Knots, our Therapist Level system is designed to recognise growth, skill development, and contribution to the team. It’s a clear pathway that helps you understand where you’re currently at, what’s expected at each level, and how to move forward when you’re ready
Progression Pathway: Remedial → Senior → Advanced Therapist

At No More Knots, therapist progression is based on demonstrated skill, professional growth, and commitment to ongoing development. The following outlines the steps required to progress from Remedial to Senior Therapist, and from Senior to Advanced Therapist.
Before beginning the progression process, therapists are encouraged to consider how their client experience and performance statistics are currently tracking. Raving Fans feedback and key client metrics are compiled and shared fortnightly, and these statistics are reviewed carefully as part of the decision-making process before approval is given to commence the leveling-up pathway.
For this reason, it’s important to have a conversation with your Clinic Manager prior to starting the steps outlined below, to ensure your client feedback and performance indicators are in a strong position and that progressing at this time is appropriate.
